Parents seeking to enroll students for the first time or returning students that were NOT enrolled in last semester should fill out the form listed below.

Step 3: Al Misbah review and decision to accept or not are based on evaluation result and class capacity. Your child will be placed on the waitlist if we are unable to enroll in the current semester.
