JIAR 2023 Election Candidates

As-salamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Dear community members, the JIAR Elections Committee is glad to announce the final list of eligible candidates (who have already accepted their nominations) for JIAR Board of Directors Elections this upcoming March insha`a Allah.

As previously communicated in the nomination announcement, there are six seats on the board of directors open for elections, which start on the Fajr of March 17th (6:00 AM) and ends on March 19th Asr time (6:00 PM).

JIAR Full-Members can vote using either in person at one of the masjids or online using a unique registration link emailed individually (you will get the email on March 17). To be able to vote online and get your unique voting link, please make sure you have a Mohid account with a valid email address. If you need assistance with that, please reach out to community@ibadarrahman.org.

The meet the candidate event will take a place on Wed. March 15 at 9:15 PM via Zoom, details to be sent out soon. You can view the whole elections timeline here.
